Order modified by requiring defendant to give security in the sum of $145,000 to secure past and future dividends on the 39,000 shares of stock which are the subject of an option, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. Ho opinion. Present — Clarke, P. J., McLaughlin, Scott, Smith and Page, JJ.; McLaughlin, J., dissented on the ground that the plaintiff has all the security he is entitled to. Order to be settled on notice.
