ROBERTSON, Judge.

This case challenges the constitutionality of the Alabama Workmen’s Compensation Act.

The holdings and decisions of this court are governed by the decisions of the Alabama Supreme Court. § 12-3-16, Code 1975. Therefore, this case is affirmed on the authority of Slagle v. Reynolds Metals Co., 344 So.2d 1216 (Ala.1977), and Hughes v. Decatur General Hospital, 514 So.2d 935 (Ala.1987).

AFFIRMED.
