Opinion

ORDER

This Superior Court negligence action came on before the court on May 4,1983, on an order previously issued to the plaintiff to show cause, if any he has, why his appeal from the grant of a directed verdict ought not to be dismissed.

After hearing arguments of counsel and considering the plaintiff’s brief, it is the conclusion of the court that no cause has been shown.

Consequently, the appeal of the plaintiff is denied and dismissed.
