ON REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMillan, judge.

In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s decision in Ex Parte Beam, 512 So.2d 723 (Ala.1987), this cause is hereby remanded to the trial court for a new trial.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
