AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte B.B.S., 647 So.2d 709 (Ala.1994), the judgment in this ease is reversed and the cause remanded to the Circuit Court for Cullman County for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
