District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided May 4, 2005·No. No. 3D04-1203·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant seeks reversal of the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees to the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart. Because the trial court’s award of attorney’s fees is supported by competent and substantial evidence, we affirm. Feemster v. Schurkman, 291 So.2d 622 (Fla. 3d DCA 1974); Johnson v. Kruglak, 246 So.2d 617 (Fla. 3d DCA 1971).

Affirmed.
