Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The husband appeals a final judgment of dissolution of marriage awarding, inter alia, rehabilitative alimony to the wife in the amount of $1 per year for four years. Because the wife did not demonstrate any present need for rehabilitation we strike the portion of the final judgment which awards rehabilitative alimony. As modified, the final judgment of dissolution of marriage is affirmed.

SMITH, C.J., and THOMPSON and MINER, JJ., concur.
