Order so far as appealed from reversed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion to strike out certain paragraphs granted, with leave to defendant to serve an amended answer within twenty days from service of order upon payment of said costs and ten dollars costs of motion at Special Term. No opinion. Present — Dowling, P. J., Finch, McAvoy, Martin and O’Malley, JJ.
