Opinion

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated cases of Charles M. Warnick and others v. Louisiana Highway Commission,4 So.2d 607, this day handed down, it is ordered that the judgment appealed from be amended by increasing the sum awarded *West Page 615 from $8,000 to $10,000 to each of the said plaintiffs, thus making a total award of $20,000 to the plaintiffs, with the further award of $60 to plaintiff Murphy Bateman, and as thus amended affirmed.
