HAWKINS, J.

Conviction is for selling whisky. Punishment, one year in the penitentiary. There are no bills of exception in the record. The evidence is conflicting, but that for the state was accepted by the jury as true, and is ■sufficient to sustain the verdict. The judgment is affirmed.
