In an action by a wife for a separation, the defendant husband appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated August 19, 1960, awarding alimony pendente Uie and counsel fees to the plaintiff wife. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Pette and Brennan, JJ., concur.
