Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The appellants, defendants below, have appealed from an order granting appellee, plaintiff below, a new trial.

We conclude, on the factual situation in this case, that the trial judge, under his discretional power, properly granted a new trial to the appellee.

Affirmed.
