Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellants are representatives of a class of citizens of Nassau County who make use of Amelia Island beaches. In this appeal, they present an identical challenge to the same final judgment that we addressed in Amelia Island Company v. Nassau County, Florida, 585 So.2d 1061 (Fla. 1st DCA 1991). Accordingly, we adopt our opinion in Amelia Island Company as dispositive of this appeal.

JOANOS, C.J., WOLF, J., and WENTWORTH, Senior Judge, concurs.
