Contract; Lucas Act. On a stipulation by the parties and pursuant to section 6 of the Lucas Act, 60 Stat. 902, as amended by 62 Stat. 869, 992, an order was entered directing the Department of Navy to settle plaintiffs’ claim for $49,903.29.
