— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 27, 1979, dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements. This order was superseded by an order of the same court dated September 13, 1979, which was made upon reargument. Order dated September 13, 1979 affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements. No opinion. Damiani, J. P., Gulotta, Margett and Weinstein, JJ., concur.
