Proceeding to review the determination of the board of zoning appeals of the village of East Hampton, which denied appellant’s application for a variance to permit the erection of an automobile service station. Order dismissing appellant’s petition affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Taylor, JJ., concur.
