AFTER REMAND FROM THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT

McMillan, judge.

The Alabama Supreme Court in Ex parte Barnette, 624 So.2d 507 (Ala.1993), reversed the judgment of this Court and remanded the cause. In compliance with that opinion, the judgment of the trial court is hereby reversed and the cause remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with that opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
