Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is a timely appeal from a reviewable non-final order dismissing appellant’s complaint without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Only Prisoner Transport Service, Inc. was a party defendant in the proceedings below. Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as to all appellees other than Prisoner Transport Services, Inc. After careful review, we AFFIRM the trial court’s order.

ZEHMER, MINER and ALLEN, JJ., concur.
