—Plaintiff appeals from an order of Special Term (a) granting defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, and (b) directing judgment for defendant. Order affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Cars-well, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur.
