On consideration whereof, it is now here ordered, adjudged, and decreed • by this court that this appeal be, and the same is hereby, dismissed, each party hereto paying its own costs in this court; and that this cause be remanded to the District Court of the United States for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division, for further proceedings.
