Opinion

Motion, insofar as Brian T. Heady seeks leave to appeal purportedly on behalf of Coral A. Heady and Heady Electric Co., Inc., dismissed upon the ground that Brian T. Heady is not the authorized legal representative of either Coral A. Heady or Heady Electric Co., Inc. and upon the further ground that Heady Electric Co., Inc. must appear by attorney (see, CPLR 321 [a]); motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied.

Judge Levine taking no part.
