AFTER REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF ALABAMA

TAYLOR, Judge.

In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Bankhead, 625 So.2d 1146 (Ala.1993), the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
