Order denying plaintiffs’ motion for an order enlarging the time within which to move pursuant to rule 109, subdivision 4, of the Rules of Civil Practice, and denying plaintiffs’ motion to strike out defendants’ counterclaim pursuant to rule 109, subdivision 4, of the Rules of Civil Practice, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements.
