On application by the petitioner for an additional allowance as counsel to the receiver in addition to the salary paid him, the motion was denied, and on reavgument was again denied. Orders affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Davis and Johnston, JJ., concur.
