Burkbt, C. J., Spear and Davis, JJ., concur as to releasing stockholders from liability for debts incurred after transfer of tbeir stock. Burket, C. J., Davis and Price, JJ., concur as to distribution of fund. Spear, Shauck and Crew, JJ., dissent as to said distribution.
