Application for the allowance of a claim against the property atid effects of the Commercial Bank of Buffalo, denied ; oil the ground that the time for presenting claims to the receiver as fixed by the ordfer of the court, had expired more than two yeafs before this claim ivas presented, and that no excuso was given for not presenting it before.
