In re H.P.B., Jr. Development Co., Inc., et al., applying for certiorari, or writ of review. Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court. No. 249-181, Division “M”. 427 So.2d 486.

Granted for the sole purpose of remanding to the Court of Appeal to consider the issue regarding the rate of interest awarded in the judgment raised in the application for rehearing in that court. The writ is otherwise denied.
