Reversed and remanded on the authority of Bailey Mortgage Co. v. Gobble-Fite Lumber Co., 565 So.2d 138 (Ala. 1990); see, also, BancBoston Mortgage Corp. v. Gobble-Fite Lumber Co., 567 So.2d 1337 (Ala. 1990).

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
