[568]*568Judgment reversed and cause remanded for a new trial. Ground stated in journal entry.

It is considered and adjudged by this court that the judgment of the court of common pleas in this case be and the same hereby is reversed for error in refusing to give in its charge to the jury the sixth request made by the defendant company below, which request is found on page 185 of the printed record.
