Transportation charges. On a memorandum report of the commissioner stating that the parties at a pretrial conference had reached agreement on the basis of the decision in [921]*921The Western Pacific Railroad Company v. United States, 137 C. Cls. 394, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $5,059.41, and that defendant’s counterclaim be dismissed.
