PER CURIAM.

The petition is granted and petitioner shall be allowed a belated appeal from the October 12, 2005, order denying motion for post conviction relief in Leon County Circuit Court case numbers 03-CF-298 and 99-CF-5097. Upon issuance of mandate in this cause, a copy of this opinion shall be [648]*648provided to the clerk of the circuit court for treatment as the notice of appeal.
