Opinion

For the reasons assigned in the consolidated cases of Baker v. Travelers Insurance Co. and Dix v. Travelers Insurance Co., La.App., 13 So.2d 65, this day handed down:

It is ordered that the judgment appealed from be and the same is hereby reversed, annulled and set aside, and plaintiff's suit dismissed at her costs.
