PER CURIAM:  Henry Baker appeals the circuit court’s dismissal of his Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus.  Any matter cognizable under the Uniform Post-Conviction Procedure Act may not be raised by a writ of habeas corpus in circuit court.  Simpson v.
