DOUCET, Chief Judge.

For the reasons set forth in the companion case hereto, James Baker, Et Ux v. Jeffery Allen Williams, P.A., 02-67 (La.App. 3 Cir. 8/28/02); 825 So.2d 563, the judgment of the trial court, dismissing Plaintiffs’ suit against Defendants, Spine-Tech Surgical, Inc., Spine-Tech, Inc. and Sulzer Spine-Tech, Inc., is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against Plaintiff-Appellant, James Baker.

AFFIRMED.
