ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Appellees’ Concession of Error, the trial court’s final judgment for foreclosure, issued March 2, 2015, is reversed and this cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings that are consistent with the mediation report filed below on February 17,2015.

REVERSED and REMANDED.

ORFINGER, COHEN and EDWARDS, JJJ, concur.
