Motion to require claimants to accept service of notice of cross appeal, which had been refused on the ground that the State by serving a certificate of no appeal had waived its right of cross appeal, granted, without costs. Gibson, P. J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Hamm, JJ., concur.
