On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

LONG, Presiding Judge.

On the authority of Ex parte Bailey, 778 So.2d 163 (Ala.2000), that part of the judgment of the circuit court dismissing Bailey’s motion requesting the circuit court to clarify its sentencing order is reversed, and this cause is remanded to the Circuit [167]*167Court for Morgan County for an order or proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
