Appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Mount Vernon in favor of the defendants, after a trial by the court without a jury, in an action for brokerage on the sale of a parcel of real property in Eastehester, and from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial. Judgment and order unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Carswell, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
