Because this case is virtually indistinguishable from the related case of Sintros v. LaValle, 406 So.2d 483 (Fla. 5th DCA 1981), we reverse. See also State Department of Transportation v. Knowles, 402 So.2d 1155 (Fla.1981); Beard v. Hambrick, 396 So.2d 708 (Fla.1981).
