Opinion
Geronimo Avila-Trujillo appeals the circuit court's determination that he is unfit to serve as the natural guardian of his daughter M.L.A., and awarding guardianship to M.L.A.'s maternal aunt. An opinion would have no precedential value. We have furnished the parties with a memorandum, for their information only, explaining the reasons for our decision. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b)(1)&(5).
