Opinion

ROBERTSON, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a circuit court judgment wherein the trial court dismissed an unemployment compensation appeal on the basis that there had been no adverse decision of the board of appeals to appeal to the circuit court pursuant to § 25-4-95, Code 1975.

This case is affirmed on the authority of § 25-4-96, Code 1975; and Quick v. Utotem of Alabama, Inc., 365 So.2d 1245 (Ala.Civ.App.1979).

AFFIRMED.
