Opinion

In an action for an accounting between joint adventurers, order denying motion of defendant to dismiss the complaint, pursuant to rule 106, Rules of Civil Practice, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Defendant’s time to answer is extended until ten days from entry of the order hereon. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston and Adel, JJ., concur.
