Opinion

In an action to foreclose a mortgage on real property, plaintiff appeals from an order denying her motion to strike out the corporate defendant’s answer and to direct summary judgment. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. Triable issues are raised, determination of which should await the trial of the action. Nolan, P. J., Adel, Schmidt, Beldock and Murphy, JJ., concur.
