After Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

PER CURIAM.

The Alabama Supreme Court has reversed this court’s judgment of May 11, 2001, and has remanded the case. Ex parte East Alabama Health Care Authority, 847 So.2d 951 (Ala.2002). In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
