Per Curiam:

After carefully considering the questions presented by this record, we are disposed to adopt the reasoning and conclusions of the Appellate Court, and to affirm the judgment of that court upon the grounds stated in the opinion delivered by Mr. Justice Waterman.

Judgment affirmed.
