Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We have considered the appellant’s due process claims and find them to be without merit. We therefore affirm the final order of the Public Service Commission approving the settlement between G.T.E. South, Inc., and the remaining intervenors.

AFFIRMED.

HORNSBY, C.J., and MADDOX, JONES, ALMON, SHORES, ADAMS, HOUSTON, STEAGALL and KENNEDY, JJ., concur.
