In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 7, 1962 upon the decision of the court, after a nonjury trial, in favor of plaintiff for $16,284.23. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P. J., Kleinfeld, Brennan, Hill and Rabin, JJ., concur. [33 Mise 2d 543.]
