PER CURIAM.

Atlantis Building B Condominium Association, Inc. appeals from a summary final judgment which declared an assessment for the purchase of certain real property invalid and ordered appellant to divest itself of any interest in the real property. We affirm on the authority of Towerhouse Condominium, Inc. v. Millman, 475 So.2d 674 (Fla.1985) and Downey v. Jungle Den Villas Recreation Association, Inc., 525 So.2d 438 (Fla. 5th DCA 1988).

AFFIRMED.
