Opinion

PER CURIAM.

DISMISSED. See Smith v. State, 951 So.2d 965 (Fla. 1st DCA 2007) (dismissing appeal as untimely, but in light of appellant’s claims that he did not timely receive a copy of the final order, dismissal was without prejudice to appellant’s right to file a petition for belated appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c)).

HAWKES, C.J., BENTON and LEWIS, JJ., concur.
