Reversed on authority of Alfar Creamery Co. v. Williams, 366 So.2d 458 (Fla. 4th DCA 1978) and Cotton Belt Insurance Company, Inc. v. Travelers Insurance Company, 402 So.2d 69 (Fla. 4th DCA 1981), and remanded with directions to enter an order [847]*847denying equitable distribution to Palm Beach County and Employers-Surplus Lines Insurance Company.
